How to Book Online
Please scroll down to the workshop you would like to attend, click the event title to show more details and the booking form. Payment is by credit / debit card and you will receive a booking confirmation email & e-ticket within a few minutes of submitting.
If you do not receive the confirmation or you experience a problem making a booking please email info@myartshack.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel we can only offer refunds if we are able to re-sell your place. If you are unable to attend please contact us via info@myartshack.co.uk and we will do our best to re-sell your place. Please note a £10 admin fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Ticket Protection Insurance
You can insure your ticket if you are unable to attend due to injury, sickness and weather. Please tick the “Add refundable ticket protection” box on the booking form. You need to provide evidence to the insurance company when making a claim.
How to Book Direct
In case you are unable to use our online system please email info@myartshack.co.uk with your name, event title and date of the event and we will get back to you with confirmation & payment details. Please note we cannot accept bookings via telephone or messenger services.
